Who is the speaker?

Pola del Monte is a journalist, writer and editor with over 10 years' combined experience in the media and digital marketing. She has a Bachelor's Degree in English Studies, major in Language, from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a Graduate Certificate in Business Communications from Harvard University.

How will I join the Zoom meeting?

Once you've checked out and paid, you will receive a confirmation message saying that your unique Zoom link will arrive in the next three to five business days. Do not share this link because if someone else uses it, you won't be able to log in.

How long is the workshop?

About an hour and a half, but make an allowance for an extension for Q&As.

 

Can I buy more than one ticket?

Yes you may, but you have to check out each as an individual purchase so that we can generate a unique Zoom link for each email address.

Do you issue official receipts?

Yes! Request your OR through assistant@misschiefeditor.com. We can send you a soft copy or you can pick up the hard copy from our office in Quezon City.


Will you accept returns?

All sales are final, so please be 100% sure before you check out. We will not refund no-shows. Don't worry, we'll send out a reminder so you don't forget!

Will I get a certificate?

A digital one — yes, after the workshop, if you really participated from start to end. We'll send out a feedback form where you can drop your preferred email address.

 

I am not available on the 17th. Will you do this workshop again, or will I be able to watch a recording?

 

We are not sure if and when we can run this workshop again, as the next workshops will focus on other topics. If you would like to gain access to the recording, you are free to checkout just the same, as we will send the recording to ALL participants after the workshop. You'll get the same knowledge, but you will forego the live breakout session.
